MHA's 1933 Society

MHA was founded in Charlotte in 1933.  For 83 years, Mental Health America of Central Carolinas has advocated to help all community members live mentally healthier lives.  The 1933 Society, introduced at our inaugural Wake Up for Wellness breakfast last year, is for donors who wish to see our rich history continue through a multi-year pledge of $250 or more per year for five years.  Join nearly 100 members who have pledged their five year investment in the mental wellness of our community.  Your sustaining donations will allow continued advocacy, prevention initiatives and community education, benefiting your family members, friends, colleagues and neighbors.  Your support may help us save a life!

Invest in yourself and the Charlotte community by checking the 1933 Society box on our secure donation page or contact a Development team member today.  Help us realize our vision of a just, humane and healthy society in which all people are accorded dignity and the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential.
